Impose fines up to 20 million if not enough financial statements
This is a remarkable point in Decree 41/2018 / ND-CP on sanctioning administrative violations in the field of accounting and auditing.
Accordingly, in the case of inadequate business financial reports will be fined from 10 millions to 20 millions.
In addition, the fine for the organization when carrying out the violations in the preparation and presentation of financial statements have some specific changes as follows:
– No financial statement required: fine from 20 millions to 30 millions (now fine from 10 millions to 20 millions).
– Information and publicity of untrue financial reports: fine from 20 millions to 30 millions (now fine from 40 milions to 60 millions).
– Forging financial statements, making false statements on the financial reports: fines from 40 millions to 50 millions (now fine up to 60 millions).
