In order to timely apply the Foreign Trade Administration Law 2017 on January 1, 2018, the Ministry of Industry and Trade has finalized the draft of decree on guiding the foreign trade management law to submit to the Government for approval

Accordingly, this draft of decree consists of 69 Articles and 8 chapters and 11 attached appendices, specifically

1. List of goods banned from export (7 groups of goods)
2. List of goods banned from import (13 groups of goods)
3. List of goods designating importers and exporters (10 types of goods)
4. List of goods exported or imported under permits and conditions
5. List of goods with special consumption tax
6. List of goods affecting defense and security
7. Competence to issue CFS products and goods for export
8. List of goods banned from business temporarily imported for re-export or border-gate transshipment
9. List of frozen foods
10. List of used goods
